Avanti Fields School is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teacher to support the learning, development and achievement of our youngest pupils. You will deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can flourish.
You will inspire curiosity, encourage independence and help children develop confidence as they begin their educational journey. There is potential to take on a TLR in leading EYFS (Pre-school and Reception) during interview discussions.
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable EYFS Teacher to join Avanti Fields School and make a positive contribution to the learning, development and achievement of our youngest pupils.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, inclusive teaching that builds on children’s individual strengths, interests and prior learning, while creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment in which they can flourish.
You will inspire curiosity, encourage independence and help children develop the confidence and skills they need as they begin their educational journey.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, families and the wider school community, you will help ensure that every child receives the support, challenge and encouragement they need to succeed. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the wider development of EYFS practice and share effective approaches with colleagues.

Please note: There is also an opportunity for the successful candidate to take on a TLR responsibility for leading the EYFS phase (Pre-school and Reception). Avanti Fields School is an all-through, faith-designated (Hindu) state school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018, and first intake of Nursery and Reception students in September 2022. The school is rapidly expanding and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,320. This is an exciting time to join the school as it continues its journey to outstanding.
