We are seeking a dedicated, highly motivated EYFS Supply Teacher to join our school community. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional educator who values variety and flexibility, while maintaining a commitment to delivering high-quality early childhood education across Nursery and Reception.

As a valued member of our supply team, you will step into vibrant early years settings, maintaining continuity of care and learning while fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating atmosphere. Key Highlights of the Role:
  • Professional Flexibility: Enjoy an adaptable working schedule tailored to your availability, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
  • Focus on Quality Teaching: Dedicate your expertise directly to active learning and pupil engagement, free from extensive administrative and long-term planning burdens.
  • Supportive Environment: Work alongside a collaborative and welcoming team of practitioners who fully integrate supply staff into the wider school culture.

This role is ideal for experienced early years specialists seeking operational freedom, as well as Early Career Teachers looking to gain broader experience across foundational early years environments. If you possess a strong understanding of the EYFS framework, high adaptability, and a genuine drive to nurture young learners in their first steps of education, we welcome your application.

Benefits of working as a Supply Teacher with Randstad:
  • £160 - £232 per day (depending on job role, expectations, qualifications and experience)
  • A 'refer-a-friend' scheme where you could have a chance of earning £300 per friend referred!
  • Gaining further experience and knowledge
  • Flexible working - you have control over your working week!
  • Opportunities for career progression, long term work and possible permanent employment
Your responsibilities as a Supply Teacher will include:

  • Safeguarding all children
