Job Title: EYFS SEND Practitioner – Full-Time
Location: Birmingham, B31
Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Start Date: ASAP

Monarch Education is currently recruiting for a dedicated and experienced EYFS SEND Practitioner to join a nurturing and inclusive primary school in the B31 area of Birmingham. This full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting young children with additional needs in the early years, and confident in delivering hands‑on, personalised care and learning support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to children in the EYFS setting with a range of SEND needs.
  • Assist with personal care routines in a respectful and sensitive manner.
  • Support the delivery of early learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCPs and individual learning plans.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that promotes emotional wellbeing and independence.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Childcare-related qualification is essential.
  • Previous experience working in EYFS and supporting children with SEND.
  • Comfortable and experienced in providing personal care.
  • Strong understanding of early years development and inclusive practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic approach to supporting young learners.
