Teacher Main Scale 1-6 (£32,916 - £45,352 FTE) + SEN Allowance (£2,679)

Full-time, Permanent Position | Starting 5th January

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a full-time EYFS SEN Teacher for a permanent position starting on 5th January within a specialist educational setting in the Stratford‑upon‑Avon area.

Job Requirements
  • QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Experience in EYFS and/or SEND settings (PMLD, ASD or non‑verbal experience desirable)
  • Strong understanding of early childhood development and sensory-based learning
  • Creative, nurturing and committed to inclusive practice
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families and external professionals
  • Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
Role Responsibilities
