Job summary

Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool in London is seeking a Room Leader for our VIP Day Nursery and Preschool. You will lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education, ensuring children's welfare, health and safety, and individual milestones within the Toddler/Preschool Room.

You should have a Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification, EYFS knowledge, safeguarding understanding, and strong communication with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting – Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator or similar
• Strong understanding of EYFS
• Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection requirements
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents

• Establish strong partnerships with parents and professionals to meet each child’s needs
