Job summary

GSL Education is recruiting an Early Years Practitioner for a warm, high-achieving primary school in Redbridge. You will deliver play-based learning, support routines and help develop communication, independence and confidence in young learners within a safe, nurturing EYFS environment.

Join a dedicated Early Years team that places wellbeing and professional development at the fore, with excellent facilities and outdoor spaces that support holistic development of Nursery children.

Qualifications

• Relevant Early Years qualification for EY Practitioner, ideally Level 3 or above.
• Experience in EYFS setting as an Early Years Practitioner.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Ability to deliver engaging, play-based learning.
• Caring, patient and proactive approach with young children.
• Strong communication and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, play-based learning in an EYFS setting.
• Support routines and help foster communication, independence and confidence.
• Create a safe, stimulating, nurturing space for every child to flourish.
