Nursery Teaching Assistant

Contract / Position Details

• Location: Radcliffe, Bury
• Role: Nursery Teaching Assistant
• Start: November 2025
• Duration: Until the end of the academic year July 2026 (could extend to permanent, depending on performance)
• Contract type: Temporary to Permanent
• Full time (Monday to Friday)
• Minimum rate: GBP100 per day
• Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Experience, Training & Qualifications

• Holds CACHE or NVQ Level 3 or a degree in Childcare/Early Childcare
• Minimum 1 year experience in the UK
• Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year

Eligibility Requirements through Prospero Teaching

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child‑related references that cover at least the last two years
