We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated EYFS Leader to continue the work of our well regarded, successful EYFS unit.

About the Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an experienced and passionate EYFS practitioner/previous EYFS leader.
  • Has a clear, ambitious and research-informed vision for Early Years,
  • Has a track record which demonstrates consistently strong practice and impact
  • Has a passion for ensuring that every child has the best possible start to their education.
  • Will develop and resource an aspirational environment, indoors and out, that supports the learning, independence and curiosity of every child.
  • Can motivate, inspire and develop a team, modelling high expectations and professional integrity.
  • Is outward facing and committed to establishing strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider community.
  • Has the ability to provide coaching and development to staff.
  • Has a good understanding of safeguarding issues.
  • Is a positive and flexible team player who wants to make a difference.
  • Is highly organised and motivated.
  • Is positive and able to persevere.
  • Can remain calm under pressure
