Your Role as EYFS Lead
- Drive Excellence - Lead a high-quality Early Years provision, ensuring outstanding teaching and learning.
- Develop & Inspire - Support, coach, and mentor staff to raise standards across EYFS.
- Innovate & Shape - Design and implement an engaging, play-based curriculum that meets the needs of every child.
- Monitor & Evaluate - Use data and assessments effectively to track progress and inform strategic decision-making.
- Champion Every Child - Ensure that all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL, receive the best possible start to their education.
- Work Closely with Leadership - Be a key member of the leadership team, contributing to whole-school improvement.
Qualifications
- An Experienced EYFS Teacher or Current EYFS Lead - You have a strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices.
- A Passionate & Creative Educator - You are committed to providing an engaging, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
- A Strong Leader & Team Player - You can inspire, support, and develop colleagues while working collaboratively with the wider school team.
