A local education provider in Maghull is looking for a caring and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school. The role involves supporting children in their early development, providing tailored assistance for those with additional needs, and fostering a nurturing educational environment. Competitive pay of £90 - £120 per day based on experience is offered.
EYFS Full Time Teaching Assistant - Maghull — People Dynamix Education are looking for a caring and committed EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and supportive primary school in Maghull.
Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm, term-time only (with a lunch break)
Supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to develop their communication, social, and early learning skills
Providing 1:1 and small group support for children with additional needs, including autism and speech and language delays
Assisting with play-based learning activities and helping the class teacher create an engaging, inclusive environment
Encouraging independence, curiosity, and positive behaviour through praise and play
Supporting with daily routines, including personal care and transition times
Collaborating with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver individual learning and support plans
Previous experience working within EYFS or supporting children aged 3-5
Experience supporting children with SEN (including autism or speech and language needs)
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
Ability to provide two professional references
A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach with a genuine passion for early childhood education
Pay: 90 - 120 per day (depending on experience)
