Qualifications

• QTS in the UK (or equivalent).
• B.Ed or PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Enhanced DBS check (UK) for safeguarding children.
• Evidence of participation in further professional development.
• Basic first aid training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a broad, balanced, differentiated curriculum for pupils and support a designated curriculum area.
• Monitor and support the overall progress and development of pupils as a teacher.
• Facilitate a learning experience enabling pupils to reach their individual potential.
• Contribute to raising standards of pupil attainment.
• Support the school's development plan and its implementation.
• Plan and prepare lessons.
• Contribute to the school's planning activities.
• Promote safeguarding and place pupils' welfare first.
