Kernow Learning's Beacon Academy in Cornwall seeks an excellent EYFS Class Teacher to join us for the remainder of the academic year, on a full-time fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. The successful candidate will bring energy, creativity and a commitment to ensuring every child thrives both academically and personally.

You will plan and deliver engaging early years learning, assess progress, support inclusion including SEND, and work with parents and colleagues to drive pupil

Competenze

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Inspire children to develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning.
• Have high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to helping every child achieve their potential.

Mansioni

• Plan and deliver high-quality learning experiences that engage, challenge and support all pupils.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress, using assessment information to inform teaching and learning.
• Create a positive learning environment that promotes high standards of achievement, behaviour and inclusion.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEND and those requiring additional challenge.
• Build positive partnerships with parents, carers and colleagues to support pupil achievement and wellbeing.
• Contribute to curriculum development and the wider life of the school.
• Participate fully in professional development, school events and team collaboration.
• Uphold the school's values and fulfil the professional duties set out in the Teachers' Standards.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare of all children and young people.
