A reputable educational organization in Gateshead is seeking an enthusiastic EYFS 1:1 Learning Support Assistant. You will provide consistent support to an EYFS pupil within a nurturing and specialist setting, focusing on communication, emotional needs, and encouraging independence. A wonderful special educational school in Gateshead is looking for a caring and enthusiastic EYFS 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join their early years team. You’ll be working closely with one EYFS pupil who needs consistent, nurturing support throughout the school day. Early years in a specialist setting is all about connection, routine and celebrating small steps that add up to big progress.

Experience in early years or SEND is ideal, but transferable experience from care, nursery settings, youth work or similar roles is also valuable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
