Job summary

Eurocell plc, based at Somercotes, is seeking an experienced Extrusion Technician to set up, operate and troubleshoot extrusion lines to meet tight quality standards and production schedules.

You'll join a site-based team on 4-on/4-off shifts (days or nights) with a £2,500 retention bonus, competitive salary, healthcare and life cover while supporting continuous improvement and safety in a busy manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous technical experience in extrusion, manufacturing, or a similar production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion lines to meet specs.
• Meet production timelines and operational requirements.
• Inspect, test, and sign off finished products for quality.
• Support process monitoring for finished and semi-finished goods.
• Work with Production Management on continuous improvement projects.
• Identify Health, Safety and Environmental risks and mitigate hazards.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized working environment.
