Job description
Role Overview

Creative Support is seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to oversee the management for three Extra Care services based in Brent (Wembley and Kingsbury). You will be ably supported in this role by the Area Manager, Deputy Extra Care Manager and 3 Team Leaders. You will ensure an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and work with the housing provider to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the service. You must be flexible, energetic and reliable with a well‑organised approach to staff deployment and service delivery.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

You must have significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health or social care service provision alongside a warm, person‑centred and respectful approach. An understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards is essential. You should have a relevant professional qualification and/or a degree‑level qualification and most importantly see yourself as a natural leader.

You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access employment, education, and social opportunities. We value the personal skills and interests you will bring to both the role and to the lives of the people we support.
