TripleC is seeking a visionary, strategic Co-Artistic Director (External and Sector Development) to lead external engagement, build strategic partnerships, and advance equity, access, and representation for deaf, disabled and neurodivergent people in the arts and screen industries. This is a senior leadership role requiring lived experience of deafness or disability.

The role works closely with the CEO and senior team, acting as a public ambassador for TripleC and influencing policy and practice

Competenze

Significant experience in senior creative or strategic leadership within the creative industries.
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with a commitment to inclusive, lived experience-led practice.
Experience and networks to advance equity, access, and representation for DDN people.
Ability to influence policy and practice at industry, government, and cultural forums.
