A leading simulation technology firm is seeking a Sales Consultant to expand their business in the UK and France. This role emphasizes identifying new opportunities and building relationships in the maritime and defense sectors. Ideal candidates will have experience in software tooling and a strong network in relevant industries. This is a commission-based consulting opportunity with comprehensive support from the company's team.
AILiveSim provides an advanced simulation platform that integrates AI, robotics, and video game technology. Located in Helsinki, we serve a variety of industries, including maritime, robotics, defense, automotive, and mining. With controlled simulations, we accelerate the development cycles and provide scalable solutions for testing, training, and validating autonomous systems and AI algorithms.
On a mission to accelerate AI innovation, we're currently on the lookout for a driven and well-connected Sales Consultant to support our business development efforts in the UK and in France. This is a non-employment consulting opportunity aimed at expanding our reach within focus industries maritime and defence, with a preference for candidates experienced in software tooling or simulation technology.
As a local sales consultant, your role will focus on identifying new business opportunities and driving them to closure in alignment with AILiveSims sales strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
-Collect and report local market intelligence (e.g. customer needs, competitive landscape)
-Build and nurture relationships with prospects and industry contacts
-Prospect and generate leads through targeted outreach and networking
-Guide qualified opportunities to a successful closure through the full sales cycle with the internal AILiveSim team
-Represent AILiveSim locally with prospects, customers, and other stakeholders
-Attend industry events, exhibitions, or trade shows to promote our solutions
-Share market feedback to shape regional sales strategies and go-to-market plans
Who were looking for
-You have an established network in defence, maritime, or adjacent industries
-Strong understanding and experience selling software tooling (experience in simulation is a plus)
-You're proactive, independent, and comfortable working on commission
-You're a confident communicator and trusted presence in your market.
-You reside in the country where you are seeking to be a consultant.
