Job summary

AEJ Management Ltd is hiring a part-time External Cleaner to join our team at Brent South Shopping Park. You will perform cleaning across the shopping park in accordance with Instructions and schedules, with duties including car park and yard cleaning, litter picking and curb sweeping.

The role runs 34 hours per week on a split shift: Tue–Thu 6:30am–11:30am and Fri–Sat 6:30am–11:30am, and 5:30pm–10pm on those days.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience required.
• Good health and fitness important for shift.
• Reliable and dependable worker.

Responsibilities

• Clean car park and service yard, including moving heavy bins.
• Litter pick in common areas, car park, shop fronts, landscaping and service yard; sweep curb edges.

AEJ Management are an expanding facilities management service company who provide security guards, cleaners & landscapers to retail, shopping, trade, leisure and business parks across the UK.

We have a vacancy for the role a part time External Cleaner to join our team. The role will be based atBrent South Shopping Park.

Hours: 34 hours per week.

Days: Tues, Weds, Thurs 6.30am-11.30am, Fri & Sat 6.30am-11.30 THEN 5.30pm-10pm (Split shift on these days)

As a Cleaner you will need to undertake the cleaning of the Shopping Park in accordance with the Assignment Instructions and specific tasks as outlined in the cleaning schedule and patrol matrix.

Your duties will include the following:

• Car park and service yard cleaning - including the manoevering of heavy, industrial bins.
• Litter pick common areas, car park, shop fronts, landscaping, service yard. Sweep curb edges.
