Thorn Baker Construction is seeking two experienced joiners to install external cladding on a new-build project in Carlisle city centre. You will measure, fit and fix cladding panels, battens and related components to tight specifications and finish with accurate, level results.

Role requires CSCS card, own tools and PPE, ability to work independently or with a team, and a reliable approach. Immediate start available with free parking on site for staff.

Formación

• Proven joinery experience, ideally with external cladding installation.
• Own tools and PPE required for site works.
• Reliable, able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Installing external cladding systems to the building façade.
• Measuring, cutting and fitting cladding panels to specifications.
• Installing battens, support frameworks and fixings as needed.
• Setting out and aligning cladding for level and precise finishes.
• Adapting materials around windows, doors and external features.
• Ensuring fixings meet project specs and site requirements.
• Collaborating with other trades to maintain progress and site safety.
