Due to continued growth, Total Pest Control is seeking a proactive and experienced Pest Control Technician to join our expanding team working across the Midlands. We specialise in delivering pest prevention and control services to commercial and domestic customers throughout England.

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine pest control inspections and treatments at commercial and office sites
- Respond to reactive service calls including one-off treatments such as wasp nest removal, flea, and moth control
- Accurately complete electronic inspection reports and communicate findings and recommendations to clients
- Maintain your scheduled portfolio of site visits to 100% completion, planning your workload efficiently
- Report directly to the Operations Manager for day-to-day support and guidance
- Work standard hours of 8:00am–5:00pm, with availability for overtime (evenings and weekends when required)
What We’re Looking For:
- RSPH/BPCA Level 2 Award in Pest Management (essential)
- At least 12 months of hands‑on pest control experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (clean licence preferred)
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined or dirty spaces (e.g. basements, voids)
- Basic IT skills for using tablets and smartphones for reporting
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Practical DIY skills for minor proofing and exclusion work
- Confidence in identifying and acting on upselling opportunities
