Job summary

A UK-based recruitment agency is seeking an enthusiastic Expressive and Performing Arts Teacher for a high school in Warrington. The ideal candidate will possess QTS or an equivalent qualification, demonstrate confidence in teaching Music, Dance, Drama, and Art, and bring energy and creativity to the classroom. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver, and mark lessons in the Expressive and Performing Arts curriculum.
  • Attend faculty meetings and contribute to department growth.
  • Support students' academic and personal growth during parents' evenings.
  • Teach a variety of classes across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Expressive and Performing Arts Teacher Warrington (WA4)

Start Date: 16th January 2026
Contract: Full-time, long-term until 22nd July 2026

Tradewind Recruitment are seeking a passionate and versatile Expressive and Performing Arts Teacher to join a thriving high school in the WA4 area of Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative educator who can deliver engaging lessons across Music, Dance, Drama, and Art.

The Role:
  • Full responsibility for planning, delivery and marking across the Expressive and Performing Arts curriculum
  • Attendance at faculty meetings, CPD sessions, and contributing to department development
  • Attendance at parents' evenings, supporting students' academic and personal growth
  • Teaching a range of classes across KS3 and KS4
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Have QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
  • Be confident delivering lessons across multiple expressive and performing arts disciplines
  • Bring energy, creativity, and a passion for the arts
  • Have strong behaviour management and the ability to inspire students of all abilities
