Job summary

ASDA is seeking a Team Leader (Express) to drive daily operations and customer service. You will lead a team across express store formats, ensuring shelves are stocked, standards are high and customers are happy. The role involves coaching colleagues and delivering targets in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll oversee various sections such as replenishment and checkouts, adapting to shifts and using data to inform decisions. 36 hours per week, permanent contract.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of colleagues to deliver excellent service and smooth daily operations.
• Oversee replenishment, checkouts, grocery, or fresh food sections as assigned.
