Asda Stores is seeking a Store Manager - Express to lead a small team at Duffield. You will drive sales, set standards, and support pricing strategy while controlling costs. The role requires leadership to keep customers returning and to maintain strong shop floor standards.

You’ll work a rolling rota including weekends and evenings, acting as a coach and mentor to develop talent and maintain morale across the team.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail management.

• Experience aligning with pricing strategies and cost control.
