Asda is seeking an Express Store Manager to lead a small team in our Express store at EXPPFS - 4054 DOUNBY. You will drive sales, set standards and deliver KRAs while motivating colleagues and maintaining morale in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires hands-on leadership, effective rota planning, customer focus and careful cost control. You will support pricing strategies, manage the day-to-day operations, and contribute to continuous improvement and staff development.
