This role will coordinate Express communications and activity planning, ensuring clear, timely, and impactful engagement with both our Express teams and internal stakeholders. This role is critical in driving alignment, improving operational efficiency, and enabling teams to deliver exceptional results through well-structured communication and planning. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business.

What you’ll do:
  • Store Communications: Review, coach, and approve stakeholder submissions to ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned across all retail communication channels.
  • Store Interaction: Engage directly with Express stores and stakeholders to support communications and projects from initiation through to completion.
  • Activity Planning: Maintain a clear and accurate view of upcoming deadlines, key activities, and diary dates that impact colleagues and customers through the Express Comms Activity Planner.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements within the team by introducing new approaches, ideas, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Presentation & Insight: Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders, challenging current ways of working and influencing positive change across networks.
  • Project Support: Assist senior leaders and project managers with planning and executing store rollout activities and related communications.
