Find your role

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Buying Manager to deliver and review performance across key categories, with a particular focus on coffee. You will lead initiatives to ensure best‑in‑class uptime across the Express estate, driving operational excellence and reliability. Through detailed analysis and actionable insights, you will support growth and profitability, helping to shape strategies that enhance customer experience and maximise commercial performance.

You will:

  • Thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross‑functionally with Commercial teams to translate strategic plans into actionable results.

  • You ensure that all aspects of the Coffee and Food‑to‑Go strategy are fully supported and embedded across the business.

  • Keep a sharp focus on driving strong sales, conversion, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

  • You will take ownership of post‑launch reviews, leading promotional analysis and event autopsies to identify opportunities and optimise future performance.

  • Be passionate about continuous improvement, increasing productivity through consistent process reviews and enhancements.

  • Spend time in stores with partners and champion best practice to support growth at every level.
