Job Description

We’re partnering with a growing London Market insurer to recruit an Exposure Management Lead, a newly created role offering the opportunity to build and shape exposure management capabilities from the ground up. This is a high‑impact position working closely with underwriting and performance management teams to deliver critical exposure insights across nat‑cat and non‑nat‑cat (primarily Terrorism) risks.

  • Lead the production of high‑quality exposure management MI, overseeing roll‑up processes, data quality checks, and internal / external reporting.
  • Support underwriters in designing and executing exposure strategies aligned with risk appetite and portfolio objectives.
  • Drive process improvement and workflow automation to enhance efficiency and analytical capability.
  • Participate in event response for nat‑cat and non‑nat‑cat events, delivering timely exposure and loss insights to key stakeholders.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain exposure management tools in collaboration with underwriting and IT teams.
