Responsibilities

• Monitor newly written policies across all cells that require Exposure Management Services.
• Cleanse data to ensure it is in an acceptable format for Sequel.
• Manage workflow of accounts sent to the Xceedance.
• Ensure timeliness of account completion by Xceedance.
• Provide system support on Internal and External IT systems.
• Assist in Monthly Bordereaux preparation for capacity providers.
• Support Binder Manager in Audit preparation.
• Review and administer in-house broker processing documents.
• Monitor and record bureaux signings for accuracy.
• Address bureaux signing queries.

The Data Analyst is responsible for analytic data needs of the business unit. Handle complex data projects and acts as a lead for other Data Analysts.

What will your job entail?

• Monitor newly written policies across all cells that require Exposure Management Services.
• Cleanse data to ensure it is in an acceptable format for Sequel.
• Managing workflow of accounts that have been sent to the Xceedance.
• Management of the timeliness of account completion by Xceedance.
• Provide system support in updating and inputting on Internal and External IT systems i.e. Lineage, Lloyd’s System.
• Assist in Monthly Bordereaux preparation for issuance to capacity providers.
• Support the Binder Manager in Audit preparation by collating required documents/files from key stake holders for uploading to Sharepoint
• Review and administration of in-house broker processing documents for submission to bureaux.
• Monitoring and recording of bureaux signings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Dealing with bureaux signing queries.
