• Verify shipping documentation accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Act as the point of contact for customers regarding export shipments.
• Coordinate handling and packaging for air/sea freight.
• Monitor special cargo handling, such as hazardous materials.
• Obtain and compare quotes from carriers for competitive rates.
• Control shipping costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities.
