A leading global dairy cooperative based in Leeds is looking for an Export Coordinator. The role involves managing export documentation and coordinating orders. Ideal candidates will have strong business administration expertise, proven skills in export management, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. Reporting to the Commercial Director- Milk and Trading, you’ll support with the coordinator of orders and other administrative tasks within the Export function.
We’re looking for an individual with strong business administration expertise combined with proven experience in managing export documentation and order processing.
A process-driven and analytical mindset, paired with a proactive and flexible approach, will be essential. You should demonstrate a positive “can do” attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, is required, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Please note: during peak period, you may occasionally be required to work weekends to help meet demand.
