Customer Service & Export Coordinator

Are you an organised and customer-focused professional with experience in export coordination? We’re looking for a proactive Customer Service & Export Coordinator to join a dynamic manufacturing business in Leeds.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer enquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the order process
  • Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Prepare and manage all export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.)
  • Liaise with freight forwarders and logistics partners to coordinate international shipments
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any shipping or customs-related issues
  • Maintain accurate records using ERP/CRM systems
  • Ensure compliance with Incoterms and international trade regulations
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in a customer service and/or export coordination role, ideally within manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of international shipping processes and export documentation
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
