Main Duties

To support for the day‑to‑day Sales Administration with export queries

The Role
  • Ensure all the necessary office‑based administration and support is provided
  • Answer telephone calls, emails from customers & dealers
  • Process all call/email related documentation & general office administration
  • Prepare both equipment and spare parts quotations
  • Handle all enquiries, liaising with all areas of the business and third‑party suppliers.
  • Receive, process and ship both equipment and spares orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate warranty & service calls through existing service partner network.
The Candidate
  • Fluent in a European language in addition to English (oral & written) for example languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Czech, Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Slovak, Greek, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Slovenian, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working in a B2B environment
  • Flexible, adaptable and self‑reliant
  • Organised & self‑motivated
  • IT literate with good knowledge of Excel & Word
