A leading global food company based in Birmingham seeks an expert in food export compliance. The role involves supporting the logistics export team, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and training staff on export procedures. Candidates should have experience in food compliance and knowledge of Dutch regulations. A key role within the operations team, you will be the first point of contact in the business and the resident expert in import/export compliance and the requirements to sell our food and supplement products around the world. No day is the same and you need to be on your toes to ensure that when we come up with a fantastic new idea, like opening a new market on the other side of the world, we can ‘Get IT Done’ at lightning-fast speed! Plenty of fun, lots of interesting projects and a great bunch of passionate people.
You will be the subject matter expert in your area of operations and the first point of escalation of any issue related to food export compliance. You will strive to deliver superior service for both our internal and external customers; by developing the tools you need to monitor performance and identify improved ways of working.
