Responsibilities

• Receive and process all customer bookings.
• Completing customs entries.
• Completing MAWB's and HAWB's.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Arrange collections and book deliveries.
• Manage quotes requests from overseas agents.
• Set up new customer accounts.
• Manage bookings with Airlines.
• Handle email communications.
• Ensure correct documentation for shipments.
• Invoicing for completed services.

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Receive and process all customer bookings
• Completing customs entries
• Completing MAWB's and HAWB's
• Customs compliance
• Arranging collections
• Booking Deliveries
• Dealing with quotes requests from overseas agents.
• Setting up new accounts
• Manage bookings with Airlines
• Email management
• Ensure all shipments have the correct documentation and received, completed prior to departure
• Invoicing

Working Hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
