Nelsons - the home of Rescue Remedy is expanding its global Export team and seeks a Category Strategy Manager to shape category plans across Grocery, Health food stores, Drugstores and Pharmacy accounts.

You will partner with Export sales, Global category, Product and Marketing to drive distribution, display and promo opportunities, backed by market insights and robust retailer relationships. Hybrid role with annual bonus and paid volunteering days.

Formación

• Experience in strategic VMS category management (retail and shopper insights).
• Experience working across international or multi-market environments is desirable.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to translate insights into action.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver category plans that unlock growth across global Export markets.
• Determine optimal shelf range reflecting local shopper needs and market dynamics.
• Lead channel strategies for Grocery, Health food stores, Drugstores and Pharmacy with a localised approach.
