This is more than a sales role—it’s an opportunity to make a lasting impact through every interaction.

As part of a dynamic, remote-first team, you’ll work under the guidance of a Community Lead to deliver engaging trial sessions, convert interest into action, and help families begin their journey with Explore Learning Online. • Consistently work towards individual and community-wide sales and conversion targets.
  • Use Power BI and internal systems to track conversion rates, show rates, and performance trends.
Customer Experience
  • Provide a warm, informative, and responsive experience from first contact to sign up.
  • Build rapport and trust with families, understanding their goals and recommending the best path forward.
  • Collaborate with Community Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for every child.
  • Actively reflect on feedback and insights to continuously improve the experience we offer.
Education & Service Knowledge
  • Develop strong knowledge of our service, including UK curricula, 11+, and GCSE pathways.
  • Confidently represent our educational values and demonstrate credibility during trials.
  • Tailor your delivery to align with tutor expectations and learner outcomes.
Performance & Development
  • Embrace feedback through 1:1s, coaching sessions, and team reflections led by your Community Lead.
  • Reflect on personal strengths and development areas, contributing positively to team culture.
  • Collaborate with Community Managers and Tutor Coordinators to share insights, support one another, and innovate together.
  • Manage your time and responsibilities effectively, particularly during high-demand periods (e.g. 3–8pm peak hours).
