Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, event production, staffing and/or demo management.
• Ability to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week and travel up to 30% of the time for activations, training, and support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, set up, and maintain demo environments for products.
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
• Work closely with Regional Operations Manager on staffing and logistics.
• Develop and maintain operational workflows to improve efficiency.
• Support budget planning and expense tracking for demos and events.
• Oversee logistics for activations and events.
• Deliver and support training programs for field and demo staff.

Skills

Strong organizational and communication skills

Process-driven mindset with attention to detail

Experience in event logistics, staffing coordination, or demo operations

Financial awareness and confidence managing budgets

Collaborative, adaptable, and people-oriented approach

Tech-savvy and familiar with Meta’s products or similar ecosystems

Level One Troubleshooting experience

Experience in delivering presentations to C level audience

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Event Management, Marketing, or Business Administration
