GSA Techsource Ltd. is seeking a Creative Director to lead from the front in the exhibition and experiential space. This hybrid, West Midlands role requires driving creative vision, inspiring teams and delivering standout projects for a diverse client base.

You will bridge design, sales and project management, shape creative direction, and play a pivotal role in pitches and client engagements. Ambition and senior leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Creative Director, Design Director or Creative Lead.
• Strong background in exhibition design, events or experiential environments.
• A portfolio showing conceptual thinking and delivered work.
• Confident client-facing presence with strong presentation skills.
• Experience leading and developing creative teams.
• Experience working with sales and project management teams.
• Strategic mindset balancing creativity and commercial thinking.
