What You’ll Be Doing

Southpaw is on the hunt for a multi-talented Creative with a passion for experiential and brand experience design – someone who lives for ideas, loves brand storytelling and creates work that both disrupts and inspires culture.

You’ll be an ideas‑first thinker who knows how to bring bold concepts to life – from the spark of inspiration to a sketch or mock‑up that others can instantly feel and see. You don’t need to be a CAD expert or 3D renderer, but you should be able to clearly express your ideas visually and sell the magic behind them.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Thrives on creating immersive brand experiences that connect emotionally and physically with a variety of audiences.
  • Has experience working in fast-moving retail environments, where agility and creative problem‑solving are key.
  • Is obsessed with culture and has a keen following of the latest trends across fast moving social channels and digital platforms.
  • Embraces strategic planning and loves to translate human insights into physical brand experiences.
  • Loves to challenge convention – pushing boundaries, disrupting expectations, and redefining what brand and retail experiences can be.
  • Brings proven experience in beauty and skincare, with bonus points for work across alcohol, automotive, technology, or fashion/lifestyle sectors.
  • Enjoys collaboration across disciplines and working in a hybrid setup with the willingness to work both in‑office as well as remotely.
