Job summary

Connolly Limited in the Blackburn/Bolton/Burnley area is seeking experienced window fitters for long-term social housing refurbishment projects. You will install windows to a high standard in occupied homes while delivering excellent customer service and minimizing disruption to residents.

We welcome both individual fitters and established teams, with a steady pipeline of work and reliable pattern of ongoing assignments. CSCS encouraged; full UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Previous window fitting experience.
• Experience working within Social Housing or occupied properties is desirable.
• Relevant trade qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS Card preferred but not essential.
• Asbestos Awareness preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Install windows and related products to a high-quality finish in occupied properties.
• Work safely and efficiently within occupied homes.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service to residents.
• Follow company Health & Safety procedures.
• Maintain and report on equipment as required.
