Job summary

Vets for Pets Farnborough is recruiting an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a busy, supportive team. We offer permanent and 12-month maternity cover in a practice that values development, teamwork and work-life balance.

The role is 40 hours per week with a 4-day week and a 1 in 6 weekend rota, plus ongoing CPD support, a generous benefits package and visa sponsorship options. Exotics interest encouraged and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experienced Veterinary Surgeon with 5+ years in clinical practice.
• Willingness to develop clinical interests and exotics.
• Ability to work as part of a supportive, team-focused practice.
• Commitment to high standards of patient care and client service.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical care in a busy practice.
• Collaborate with a team of vets, nurses and support staff.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice.
• Maintain high standards of animal welfare and client communication.
