Job summary

Medacs Healthcare is recruiting a GMC-registered Consultant Urologist to join a high-quality urology service in the UK. The role spans outpatient clinics, diagnostics, day-case procedures and specialist pathways, with opportunities for teaching and service development.

The successful candidate will have NHS experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and be committed to patient-centred, evidence-based care within a forward-thinking clinical environment.

Qualifications

• GMC registration with licence to practise required.
• Minimum six months NHS experience.
• Broad experience in general urology including outpatient care, diagnostics and surgery.
• Evidence of CPD and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support urology outpatient clinics with specialist assessment, diagnostics and follow-up.
• Undertake day-case and inpatient operations within core urology and specialist pathways.
• Deliver evidence-based management of prostate disease, stone disease and urological cancers.
• Provide clear information to patients, carers and GPs; maintain accurate documentation.
