Job Description:

Axcis Education works with a nurturing and inclusive academy in Rugby, supporting learners with Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. The school caters for children aged 7 to 19, including those transitioning at 16. We are looking for passionate team members committed to making a positive impact on pupils and their families. Responsibilities include:

1. Reporting to the Class Teacher or Higher Level Teaching Assistant in their absence.
2. Supporting and delivering teaching and learning at key stages 2, 3, 4, and post-16.
3. Modeling best practices and communicating lesson requirements effectively.
4. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to uphold the school's vision, ethos, aims, and objectives.
5. Promoting successful learning and achievement, enhancing students' well-being and preparing them for adult life.
