A leading food production company in Shrewsbury is seeking skilled/semi-skilled Boning Hall Operatives to join their butchery team. Candidates must have butchery experience and knife skills are essential. Responsibilities include trimming and breaking down beef cuts to specifications, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours to meet customer demands.
We require skilled/semi skilled Boning Hall Operatives to work in our Shrewsbury Site in Shropshire. Working from 6:30am, Monday to Friday, this role requires flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand in the preparation of a fresh product. Working within the butchery team to complete the daily planning order to a high standard ensuring that quality and pace are maintained.
Previous butchery experience in a food production environment is essential. Ability to demonstrate knife skills for the skilled roles, or willingness to learn in semi-skilled/ trainee roles.
Ability to work on own initiative whilst working as part of a team, striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
