A leading automotive retailer in the UK is seeking an Apprentice Service Advisor to join their Colney Street location. This role offers full-time hours and opportunities for career progression within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate should have a customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Excellent training will be provided, along with the chance to work in a dynamic environment.

As an Apprentice Service Advisor, you will ideally possess automotive experience and must be committed to achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction, have excellent communications skills, be of a smart appearance and have the desire to deliver the highest quality customer care. Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
You will be working full time, 9:00am-5:00pm . You will attend training at our state of the art training centre in Derby where a vehicle and accommodation will be provided.
A competent Service Advisor has many transferable skills throughout the retail motor industry. It is not uncommon for a Service Advisor to progress through the ranks to become a Parts Manager, After Sales Manager or Service Manager.
