Insite Finance, based in Cardiff, is seeking an Experienced Senior Accountant to join its established team. The role offers hybrid working and client-facing exposure, with opportunities to grow into more senior responsibilities within owner-managed client portfolios across diverse sectors.

The position requires solid UK accounting experience, aiming for ACA/ACCA qualification or strong part-qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
• Taking ownership of assignments from start to finish

• Attending client meetings alongside Managers and Directors

The Experienced Senior Accountant will join an established Cardiff team working with owner-managed businesses across a broad range of sectors.
Hybrid working is available, alongside regular face-to-face client exposure. The balance is designed to give people flexibility without losing the relationships and development that come from actually spending time with clients and senior colleagues.

The Experienced Senior Accountant should already have solid experience within a UK accountancy environment and be comfortable preparing accounts with limited supervision.
ACA or ACCA qualification would be useful, although strong part-qualified and qualified-by-experience candidates will also be considered.
