Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity where you can make a genuine difference to the lives of children?
A school in Hyde is looking for a confident, experienced and enthusiastic SEN KS1 Teaching Assistant to join their specialist resource base.
You will be working as part of a supportive team consisting of 1 Teacher and 4 Teaching Assistants, supporting a group of 13 children with a range of additional needs.

This role would suit someone who has genuine experience working with children with additional needs and who is confident supporting children with complex needs and behaviours.
The school is looking for someone who is confident, resilient, proactive and willing to get stuck in. You will need to have a calm and patient approach, while also being confident in managing behaviour and responding appropriately to individual needs.
The school is keen to meet suitable candidates next week. This will give you the opportunity to meet the staff, spend time with the children and experience the resource base environment before starting.
The successful candidate will be expected to start in approximately two weeks.
