We’re seeking an experienced Support Assistant to join a specialist provision for secondary-aged pupils (11–16) with significant Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. All pupils have, or are in the process of receiving, an EHCP—and many are neurodivergent.
This setting offers a small, structured and nurturing environment where consistency is key. As an experienced practitioner, you’ll be trusted to use your skills to help pupils regulate emotions, engage positively with learning, and rebuild their confidence in education.
