Sales Quotation & Bid/ Tender Coordinator/ Administrator

An established business operating within a specialist equipment and solutions sector is looking to appoint a Sales Quotation & Bid Administrator/ Coordinator to join its commercial support team.

This position will play a key role in supporting customer pricing requests, managing tender opportunities, coordinating proposal submissions, and ensuring sales documentation is completed accurately and on time. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple departments to gather information and meet deadlines.

  • Full-time, office-based position
  • 39 hours per week (8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4:00pm on Fridays)

Key Responsibilities
