Job summary

Roc Search Europe Limited in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our Engineering, Renewables & Technology teams. This on-site role offers a base salary of £27.5-35k per year plus uncapped commission.

You will own full 360 recruitment from BD to candidate management, grow your niche, build partnerships with clients and candidates, and mentor junior consultants in a fast-paced, award-winning training environment.

What we're looking for

• Proven success in a 360 agency environment
• Strong business development mentality with a consultative approach
• Ambition, resilience and a target-driven mind set
• Engineering, Renewables or Technology market experience is ideal but not essential, we have taken on individuals from Education, Healthcare, Construction etc.
